EduardRepairs is a local phone repair service based in Naples, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

When you submit a repair request through our online form, we collect:

• Your name and contact information (email address and/or phone number)
• Your device type and a description of the issue
• Any additional details you choose to provide about your repair

We do not collect payment information online. Payment is handled in person at the time of service.

Device Passcodes

Some repairs or diagnostic procedures may require access to your device. If a passcode is needed — for example, to access Settings > General > About > Parts & Service History, to run a diagnostic, or to verify a repair — you may be asked to provide it verbally at the time of drop-off.

Passcodes are never requested through our online form, never written down, and never stored anywhere. This is entirely optional. If you are not comfortable providing your passcode, we will do our best to complete the repair without it. In some cases this may limit what we can verify or calibrate.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide through our repair request form is used only to:

• Contact you about your repair request
• Confirm appointments and provide updates on your repair
• Follow up after service if needed

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Data Storage

Repair request forms are submitted through Microsoft Forms and stored in a Microsoft 365 account accessible only to EduardRepairs. We retain your information only as long as necessary to complete your repair and follow up afterward.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. The language preference you select is saved locally in your browser using localStorage and is never sent to any server.

Your Rights

You may request to have your personal information deleted at any time by contacting us at eduardrepairs@outlook.com. We will remove your data from our records promptly.
