We want every repair to meet your expectations. Please read our warranty and terms carefully before agreeing to a repair.
Warranty Coverage
- 30-day limited warranty on all replacement parts and labor.
- Warranty covers defective parts or faulty installation.
- Warranty does not cover accidental or liquid damage after repair.
Aftermarket Part Notices
After certain repairs, your iPhone may display a notice in Settings > General > About > Parts and Service History . This is normal and does not affect your phone's usability. Depending on the part used, your iPhone may show:
- Genuine Apple Part ✅ - if an original part is installed
- Unknown Part ⚠️ - if an aftermarket or non-original part is installed
- Face ID / Touch ID may stop working if sensors are damaged and cannot be transferred.
Pre-existing Damage
- We are not responsible for existing issues such as bent frames, water damage, or swollen batteries.
- Repairs may not be possible if pre-existing damage prevents proper part installation.
Liability
- Customer assumes all risks associated with mailing devices for repair.
- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

- iPad or tablet repairs (coming soon)
- Advanced motherboard/solder repairs
- Data recovery on non-functioning devices
